INTRO TO EDITING July 28, 2017, 1000-1400
FOR MCAS IWAKUNI RESIDENTS ONLY
In today’s world of social media and image sharing, photos taken with cell phones and basic camera settings get lost among the vast quantities of similarly shared images. What makes an image standout? How can you take your images to the next level? If it’s not content, it’s
POST-PROCESSING.
And not just exposure and color correction! Contrast and clarity. Flaw removal. Textures. Changing lighting dynamics. There is a whole world of post-processing procedures and techniques that can open your images to grand opportunities to standout among the rest.
Be unique!
I am offering a basic post-processing workshop to introduce new photographers and photo enthusiasts to the wonderful editing programs Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
It is highly recommended to have access to at least Adobe Photoshop and/or both Lightroom and Photoshop. If you want to take this class, but do not have these programs, you can start a free trial with Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography.html.
In this workshop, you will become familiar with Lightroom importing, quick developing and exporting and Photoshop tool bars, photography panels, editing, clone-stamping, masking, re-sizing and exporting.
This four-hour workshop is open to four (4) clients. The cost is $100 with a $25 non-refundable reservation fee. Please sign-up by July 21st.
